Lyndal Oatley and Forever Young HRH fifth in Stockholm Grand Prix Freestyle

Australian Olympian Lyndal Oatley and rising partner Forever Young HRH impressed at the Stockholm International Horse Show as their new partnership continues to build momentum on the international stage.

Lyndal Oatley and Forever Young HRH (by Fuerst Fugger out of Deflorata HRH, by Don Bosco) have stepped out for their second CDI together, competing for the prestigious Stockholm Dressage Trophy at the Stockholm International Horse Show (27-30 November) in Sweden.

The duo placed fifth in the CDI4* Grand Prix Freestyle on Sunday with 75.515%, and were earlier seventh in the CDI4* Grand Prix on 69.435% – with scores as high as 72.609% and in third place from the German judge at H. The CDI3* Grand Prix score counts as an FEI MER and a qualifying score in accordance with Australian selection criteria for the 2026 FEI World Championships in Aachen, Germany.

Formerly ridden by Lyndal’s husband, Patrik Kittel, the 13-year-old mare is now forming a partnership with the Australian Olympian.
