Dressage rider Janina Kletke has continued to recover after sustaining a serious brain injury after being involved in a tragic accident while evacuating horses from the Victorian bushfires earlier this year. After being rushed to The Alfred Hospital, Janina was placed into an induced coma for three weeks.
Janina began to wake up form her induced coma on the 25th of March, and has continued to improve everyday.
A Night for Janina will be held on the 9th of August at Pakenham Racing Track as an opportunity for Janina to thank everyone who has been involved in her road to recovery. The night will endeavour to raise funds to further support Janina. Tickets will cost $110 per person, which will include a two course meal as well as drinks throughout the night.
