Results: WVDC Club Championships

The penultimate day of the Hawkesbury Dressage Festival, held at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre, delivered no shortage of excitement, elegance, and reflection.

Robert Whitaker became the fourth member of his family to win the Al Shira’aa Derby at Hickstead, coming out on top of a three-way jump-off with Caroline Blatchford’s Gentlemen VD Veldhof.

The Hawkesbury Dressage Festival continued under brilliant sunshine and ideal riding conditions on Thursday (19 June), despite starting with a crisp winter frost. The surfaces were a little variable but okay, and the facilities world class.
