Simone Pearce third in 7YO Qualifier at World Young Horse Champs

The action continues at the FEI/WBFSH World Breeding Dressage Championships for Young Horses in Verden, Germany, with Aussies Simone Pearce, Maree Tomkinson and Rebecca Rooke competing overnight.

Simone Pearce and Quando Unico scored a whopping 81.709% to take third place in the Qualifier for 7-year-olds, meaning the pair will progress to the Final.

In the Small Final for 5-year-olds, Maree Tomkinson and Friday IV finished 23rd on a score of 75.400%, and Rebecca Rooke riding Pour Andrig de Barroue finished 20th on a score of 77.000%.

Congratulations to all!

Tonight, Simone will ride Dancier Gold in the Six-year-old Final at 5.05pm local time (Sunday, 1.05am AEST) after finishing fourth in Wednesday’s Qualifier.
