By Equestrian Life
The penultimate day of the 2022 Pryde’s Easifeed Australian Jumping Championships brought sunshine and warmer weather to Boneo Park on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, a welcome change to the recent chilly conditions!
Saturday saw a number of finals take place across major classes, starting with the 4CYTE Australian Children’s Championship Final. It was NSW rider Imogen Lindh who held her nerve to jump a double clear and clinch victory with her new mare Licaviv. The pair finished on 3 penalties, which they’d carried into the Final from previous rounds. Charlie Magnier was second on 4 penalties riding Master Stevie G, while Lucy Borrack completed the podium with Mighty Tosca on 11 penalties.

The Verband Holsteiner Germany Future Stars Final went to Frida Lindgren and Sovereign’s Halo, who produced the quickest of three double clears. Filling the placings were Tess McInerney and Quintation in second and Vicki Roycroft riding Kenny Casino in third.
The Kiernan Plant Hire Mini Prix Final was won by Will Dight riding Thea. The pair posted the fastest clear in the jump off, just ahead of Clem Smith and Quantico 12. Olivia Hamood and Knock Out 111 were the quickest of the four-faulters to finish in third.
