On 13 November, Patchwork Park announced the sad passing of Grand Prix mare Sheer Etiquette, age 22.
“The Queen of Patchwork has fallen; we are absolutely devastated. Vale to this magnificent soul. There will never be another like her.”
‘Ellie’ — a warmblood by Fax-Too — completed an incredible 49 international (CDI) Big Tour level tests during her career with rider Susan Paix, with her last CDI test being in 2017. Together they competed at some of the biggest events in the country, from CDIs at Boneo, Werribee and EQUITANA in their home state of Victoria, to the Sydney CDI.
