Aussie eventers line up for Millstreet

Australian riders will be out in force at Millstreet International Horse Trials 1-4 June, with the event hosting not only the third leg of the FEI Nations Cup CCIO4*S, but also a crucial CCIO3*L Olympic qualifying class.

Six teams will contest the CCIO3*-L, a designated Olympic qualifying event for Olympic Groups F/G: Australia, China, Japan, New Zealand, South Africa and Thailand. As per qualifying rules, the top two teams will gain a start at Paris. This excludes any teams already qualified – which in this case is New Zealand, as they qualified by finishing in the top seven at last year’s World Championships.

In the CCIO3*L, Australia has entered Andrew Hoy and Vassily de Lassos, Kevin McNab and Scuderia 1918 A Best Friend, Shane Rose and Dotti, Shenae Lowings with Bold Venture and

Sam Lyle and BF Valour.

The CCIO4*S entries include Isabel English and Cil Dara Dallas, and Kevin McNab with Miss Pepperpot and Willunga.

We wish our Aussie combinations the best of luck!
