A new face at Living Legends
By Equestrian Life
Living Legends, a property on the edge of Melbourne that provides forever homes for champion ex-racehorses, has welcomed a new face.
Mr Stunning, an eight year old by Exceed And Excel out of With Fervour, was bred in Australia but spent his racing career in Hong Kong. He had 12 wins over his 30-start career.
“Big welcome today to multiple HKJC Group 1 winner Mr Stunning, stunning by name and stunning by nature. All rugged and enjoying the grass after an quick run around checking out his new neighbours and surrounds,” announced the team at Living Legends.
Mr Stunning joins many famous names at Living Legends, including Apache Cat, fellow Hong Kong galloper Silent Witness, Efficient, Rogan Josh and many more — including recent retirees Tom Melbourne and Who Shot Thebarman.
Currently under Stage 4 Covid restrictions, Living Legends are currently unable to take visitors — but they will hopefully be back open to the public again soon.
Happy retirement, Mr Stunning!
