Action aplenty at Canberra ODE

National Capital Horse Trials Association held their Canberra ODE over the the weekend, with riders competing in EvA60 through to CCN2*.

The Horse Whisperer CCN2*S class saw of field of more than 20 compete, with Merran Wallis and Superclass taking out first place on a good score of 33.9. The pair were fourth after the dressage, however after going clear in both jumping phases they finished the event on their dressage score to claim the win! Second place went to Hanna Klep and Tulara Chicouve on 35.1, while third went to Tim Boland and Menlo Park on 37.1.

In the Hall Farm Supplies CCN1*A, Rebel Morrow rode Gorserella Tuxedo to victory on 33.2, just ahead of Matilda McCarroll and Kirby Park Masquerade on 33.7. Third place again went to Tim Boland, this time with Cooley Down Under, on 34.1.

The Riverview Farm CCN1*B was won by Zoe Hutchinson and Annapurna, the talented mare formerly ridden by Gemma Tinney. The pair scored a terrific 25.9 to take the win ahead of Melanie Mayer and Don Skipcello on 33. Kiah Blackley and Wannabe Famous were third on 33.4.

The EvA95A went to Natalie Blundell and JJ Flash (32.7); the EvA95B went to Saskia Brown and APH Lionred (28.5); and the EvA95J went to Mia Gigliotto and Positano on 27.4.

The EvA80A was won by Kristy Watson and Aerial on 35.5; the EvA80B went to Olivia Emmert and Emmaville Tia Maria on 28.9; and the EvA80J went to Lucy O’Sullivan on Sandford Park Blue Steel on 28.3.

Finally, the EvA60A went to Cassie Rogers on Carlo La Vie on 28.4; the EvA60B went to Rachael Fowler on Fleur De Lys Eragon on 29.4; and the EvA60J went to William Bates on Just Wills with 33.8.
