Australian riders have performed well overseas in the past week (16-21 October), with Kristy Oatley and a number of showjumpers the stand-out performers.

Kristy and Du Soleil achieved an Australian Grand Prix Freestyle CDI record at Herning in Denmark when they scored 78.130%. The pair also scored 71.457% in the Grand Prix.

The Aussie showjumpers are still going strong post-WEG. Rowan Willis and Blue Movie finished 4th in the 1.60m Grand Prix at Tryon CSI5*, while Scott Keach and Fedor finished 10th in the same class.

Edwina Tops-Alexander also has success with a team of four young horses at the Lier CSI2* in Belgium, winning a 1.35m class for 7YO horses with Guschenka.

At a CSI1* class at Zwolle in the Netherlands, James Paterson-Robinson won a class with Darobi.

A number of Aussies also competed at the FEI WBFSH World Breeding Eventing Championships for Young Horses in France.
