EA Voluntary Administration: AOC & FEI letters

By Equestrian Life

While many will have already seen the latest correspondence between the Australian Olympic Committee (AOC) and administrators KordaMentha, and the FEI and KordaMentha, Equestrian Life feels it’s important to make this information freely and easily available to members.

You can access the PDFs of both letters via the below links:

AOC letter to KordaMentha – 15 June

FEI letter to KordaMentha – 19 June

Below you will also find the Governance Model Discussion Paper:

Discussion paper – June 2020

Don’t forget, the next important dates in the voluntary administration process are:

7 July 2020 – the Administrators will issue their recommendations for the future of EA as well as all additional information needed by members before voting > see www.kordamentha.com

14 July 2020 – the Administrators formal meeting to decide the future of EA. Have your say by voting directly or by proxy.

In the July issue of Equestrian Life magazine, Heath Ryan has his say on the Equestrian Australia Voluntary Administration. Read the article here.
