What a day Friday was! The quality of the draft was again superb and the scores yesterday were just as, if not more impressive than yesterday.
The highest score achieved on Friday at the 2021 Volkswagon World Championship Gold Buckle Camdraft here at Willinga Park was realised by Tamworth Trainer , the ‘big fella’ himself, Hugh Miles on board ‘Moore Spoonful’ with a brilliant 91pt run. That’s him, on the left of the photo, looking as tall if not taller than all his peers!
Second place went to Ken Boulton with a awesome 90.67pt run with ‘Tina Arena’ under his saddle and the rest of the boys had 90 points beside their names.

Michael Hayes and Jaguar added an 86.33 to their Day 1 score of 90.33 to be at the top of the leaderboard early in the scond round. © Stephen Mowbray

Troy Palmer on board Terry Snow’s ‘Hell’s A Comin’ adds 89pts to his overnight score of 89.67pts to be in the lead after 300 runs in round 2. © Stephen Mowbray
