It was marathon day at Driving Valkenswaard International!

The Australians all had fantastic rounds. Boyd Exell and his team, who run DVI, finished the day in third place in the four-in-hand class on 110.35. Belgium’s Glenn Geerts is in first place on 109.05, while the Netherlands’ Koos De Ronde is second on 110.21. It’s tight at the top heading into tomorrow’s cones phase!

Fellow Australian Elizabeth Lawrence is in 25th position.

In the pairs event, Tor Van Den Berge is in 16th from more than 40 competitors on a score of 107.76; the score to beat was 92.86, posted by the Netherlands’ Raymond Letterboer.

The competition will culminate with the cones competition tomorrow.
