More Aussie success at Global Dressage Festival V

Global Dressage Festival V is wrapping up in Wellington Florida, with three Australian riders building on their success from the previous event.
Jemma Heran and Saphira Royal 2 finished fourth in the CDI3* Grand Prix on Thursday, scoring 67.108%. The pair then contested the CDI3* Grand Prix Special on Saturday and finished third with a terrific PB score of 70.319%.
The class was won by Sweden’s Tinne Vilhelmson Silfvén and Hyatt on a score of 70.596%, so it was very close at the top end of the placings!
Kate Kyros and Chemistry continued their dominance of the CDI-U25 classes, winning Thursday’s CDI-U25 Inter II with a PB score of 69.794% and Friday’s CDI-U25 Grand Prix on 69.385%. Kate also finished second in Friday’s CDI1* Prix St Georges with Intro K, scoring 69.912%, and was third in Saturday’s CDI1* Inter I with a score of 67.647%.
Hope Beerling won the CDI-YH 7YO Preliminary Test with Marokko on Saturday, scoring 75.311%. Marokko is a chestnut Oldenburg by Morricone out of a Laurentio mare, and is owned by NorCordia USA.
Competition continues on Sunday at the event, with Hope to contest the CDI-YH 7YO Final Test with Marokko, while Kate will contest the CDI1* Inter I Freestyle with Intro K and the CDI-U25 Grand Prix Freestyle with Chemistry.
