Congratulations to Tor Van Den Berge, who with Gelderanders Flavian and Heineken finished in 18th place at the FEI World Driving Championships for Pairs in Drebkau, Germany last weekend.
Tor received a fantastic score in the dressage phase, which placed them in second place. Tor and his stunning chestnuts were 63rd after the Marathon phase, with a score of 121.38, which placed them in 11th position. Tor received a score of 11.34 in the final obstacle phase, which placed them in 49th position.
Tor finished the FEI World Driving Championships in Drebkau, Germany with a total final score of 171.26, which placed them in overall 18th place, out of 82 competitors.
Martin Hölle, from Hungary finished in 1st place, with a total score of 148.81. Second place was awarded to German driver, Sandro Koalick, with a total final score of 149.49. Third place was awarded to Dutch driver, Stan Van Eijk, with a total score of 155.33.
Tor was the only Australian representative at the event, and did extremely well considering it was his first World Championship Driving event!
