The Olympics and Paralympics may be over, but the equestrian action certainly isn’t! Here in Australia, The Saddlefitter Brisbane CDI & QLD Dressage Championships are about to get underway at the Queensland State Equestrian Centre (QSEC) in Caboolture, Queensland.

Running from 12-15 September, the event features a highly anticipated CDI Big Tour where eight top-level combinations will by vying for Grand Prix honours.

Fresh from her recent international adventure, Kate Kyros is entered with stallion Chemistry.  Kate was based overseas for more than six months with both Chemistry and her other stallion, Intro K, and in that time competed are nine CDIs across North America and Europe – including the prestigious CHIO Aachen. We look forward to seeing Kate back in action on home soil!

Joining Kate in the Grand Prix will be Rozzie Ryan and Bronze Boy R – the beautiful buckskin who you might have spotted out eventing at four-star level with Heath – as well as Breanna Tillitzki and BZ Rafael, Mary Nitschke and Astronomical, Tanisha Ryan and Prequel, Holly Lewis and Heatherton Park Romeo, Matthew Lord and Immenhof Scout, and Lisel Dingley and Carousel Oasis.

With classes from Preliminary to Advanced, CDI Junior, CDI Young Rider, CDI Under 25, and Small Tour – including AOR and Open classes – there is plenty to watch at QSEC over the next four days.
