Australians at Olomouc CDI
The 2024 Olomouc CDI is set to start today, with a number of Paris campaigners in attendance. From May 23rd to 26th, the Equine Sport Center in Olomouc will feature FEI events from Junior level through to a World Cup qualifier, promising an action-packed weekend.
Thirteen horse-and-rider pairs from six countries are set to contend the World Cup Qualifier, with Australian Jessica Dertell and Cennin among the entries as they continue their Paris campaign. The event will mark the combination’s second start in Europe, following on from the Nations Cup in France.
Australia will also be represented by Kate Kyros, who will start in both the CDI-Y and CDI-U25 classes aboard Intro K and Chemistry. Kate is currently ranked World Number 7 in the FEI U25 Grand Prix Rankings and World Number 8 in the FEI Young Rider Rankings, and will be looking to continue her recent top form competing in Florida, USA.
