Australia’s Dressage combinations have had their first look at the Olympic arena during a practise session yesterday in Tokyo.
Riders Simone Pearce, Mary Hanna, and Kelly Layne were all smiles while putting their horses through their paces.

Not only did it give the riders a chance to check their horses had arrived unscathed in Japan, but it gave them a chance to familiarise themselves with the Main Arena ahead of next weekend’s highly anticipated competition.
A post on the Australian Equestrian Team’s Facebook page read: “The facilities at the Equestrian Park in Tokyo are exceptional and so too is the team spirit and camaraderie displayed by our Dressage Team.”
