Charlotte Fry begins the year as the FEI’s number one athlete

Great Britain’s Charlotte ‘Lottie’ Fry has begun the year as the FEI’s top-ranked dressage rider, rising from her previous #4 ranking and overtaking the likes of Isabell Werth, Cathrine Laudrup-Dufour and Jessica von Bredow-Werndl.

Cathrine Laudrup-Dufour is now ranked #2, with Isabell Werth at #3, Dinja van Liere at #4 and Jessica von Bredow-Werndl rounding out the top five. Simone Pearce remains Australia’s highest ranked rider at #28, with Lyndal Oatley also in the top 50.

In the horse rankings, Charlotte Fry’s Glamourdale is at #1, followed by Dinja van Liere’s Hermes N.O.P., Isabell Werth’s DSP Quantaz, Patrik Kittel’s Touchdown, and Benjamin Werndl’s Famoso OLD. Simone Pearce’s ride, Fiderdance, is at #34.
