Wallaby Hill hosted its international CCI event over the weekend, with large numbers contesting the CCI4*-S, CCI3*-S and CCI2*-S classes.

The Bowral Kubota CCI4*-S went to Cathryn Herbert riding the stallion Wimborne Constable (Contenda X Winborne Paint It Black). It was an impressive win, with the pair competing together at international CCI level for the first time in March this year. A Small Tour level dressage horse, Wimborne Constable was on a score of 28 following the dressage and added just 4.8 cross country time faults to their score to finish on 32.8.

Gemma O’Leary was second on 40.5 with Arnage Porsche, while Andrew Cooper filled third and fourth placings with Pepper Jack (40.7) and Sharvalley Thunder (41.9).

The Wallaby Hill Farm CCI3*-S was won by Olivia Barton riding Henrik APH on 30.6, with Oliver Barrett and Sandhills Special second on 32.5, and Jess Somerfield third with Finch Farm Carpentaria on 33.4.

The Pryde’s EasiFeed CCI2*-S was won by Hazel Shannon and her new mount WillingaPark Chelsea at what was the horse’s first CCI competition on Australian soil after being imported from the UK. The pair scored 28.2. Second place went to Heath Ryan and Bobby Dazzler on 32.4, while Sam Wood and SS Eight Count were third on 34.5.
