Dear friends of Equestrian Life,
First and foremost I trust that you and your family and friends are safe and well, and finding peaceful ways to cope with these difficult and unusual times.
Like everyone else in our community, we are having to adapt and find new ways to enjoy time with family and friends and of course with our horses and our sports networks.
So we are changing our ways at Equestrian Life as we adjust to restricted time in the saddle, no weekend competitions and no on the ground clinics.
For us, it’s the time to launch new initiatives to help and nourish your love of horse sports – here are our plans:
Equestrian Life magazine will, in this Covid-19 period, be published
-Monthly (that’s more pages every year)
-Digitally, and available FREE online for May and June
-With new interactive pages for a richer reading experience
New online monthly competitions for horse and rider – stay active and competitive with your horse. Features include
– All tests judged with online comments from Roger Fitzhardinge
– Option for tests to be live streamed so you can also judge your competitiveness!
– EA based tests from Preliminary to Prix St Georges
Video horse chat series
– Weekly 15- 20 minute video interview clips
– Have fun catching up on the latest horse sports news
– Send in your questions and suggested topics!
There’s lots to look forward to and we invite you to stay tuned and to participate in these initiatives.
Meanwhile we send you our very best wishes for a peaceful and happy Easter at home and with your communications with friends.
With best wishes,
Robert McKay
