Information regarding the 2020 Australian Dressage Championships
After considerable thought and discussion with the Equestrian Australia Dressage Committee (EADC), Dressage NSW has taken the decision to forego hosting the 2020 Australian Dressage Championships on October 15th – 18th at SIEC. This was not an easy decision by the DNSW Committee but the current COVID-19 pandemic and uncertainty regarding the future makes planning extremely difficult and there can be no compromise on the standard of competition.
All sports are undergoing the same decision making process, and we are seeing the cancellation of other major equestrian events in Australia and Internationally.
The EADC fully supports DNSW and joins with them in looking forward to when we can celebrate a return to competition.
