Janelle Marshall set to represent Australia on the world stage

Australia’s Janelle Marshall will contest the 2025 FEI Driving World Championship for Combined Ponies in France with Halcyonia Mistletoe, joining 44 athletes from 17 nations in the Pony Singles division from 17–21 September.

The 2025 FEI Driving World Championship for Combined Ponies is set to commence next week from 17-21 September at Le Pin au Haras in France, with Australia once again represented by Janelle Marshall in the Pony Singles division.

Partnered with Halcyonia Mistletoe, Janelle is one of 44 athletes from 17 countries preparing to contest the Pony Singles Championship.

Based in the USA, Janelle has enjoyed several wins at FEI level with the 15-year-old Canadian-bred Welsh mare over the past year. Owned by American Jacqueline Kane, Halcyonia Mistletoe is by Halcyonia Feature Presentation, out of Charmness Holly (Wyvere Double Diamond).

Janelle competed at the 2023 FEI Driving World Championship for Pony Singles with Barbara Sims’ pony Erresistible, placing 25th in the world.

Alongside the Pony Singles title, the 2025 FEI Driving World Championship for Combined Ponies also features both Pairs and Four-In-Hand competitions.
