Jayden Brown has finished third in the Grand Prix Freestyle at the British National Dressage Championships, scoring 75.25% with nine-year-old WillingaPark Quincy B (Quaterback x Desperados).

“Really happy with Quincy’s development in the Grand Prix and in arenas that he would normally find quite spooky. Even better to have (owners) Terry and Ginette and some of the Willinga Park team able to watch over the live stream back at home,” said Jayden, who was fourth with the gelding in Saturday’s Grand Prix on a score of 70.957%.

Jayden said the canter tour was a highlight, and he now looks forward to developing the horse’s piaffe and passage over the winter.

Jayden was also seventh in the Freestyle with 13-year-old WillingaPark Sky Diamond (Sir Donnerhall x Don Schufro), scoring 70.1%. The class was won by Becky Moody and Jagerbomb on 77.925%, with Carl Hester and En Vogue second on 77.1%. The latter was crowned the overall National Big Tour Champion.

Jayden had a busy Sunday at the Nationals, also riding WillingaPark Miana (Franklin x Bordeaux) in the 6YO Final to finish fourth.
