Melissa Galloway wins the CDI3* Grand Prix Freestyle at the Sydney CDI

The Sydney CDI concluded today with “Freestyle Day” for the riders.
The Junior Freestyle to Music (CDIJ) was won by Angelina Thompson on Enbarr with a score of 70.685%. Jessica Dertell riding Gladstone M H won the Young Rider Freestyle CDI-Y with a score of 72.885%. Later in the day, Karen Blythe on Sonic K won the CDN Inter I Freestyle with a score of 73.992%. In the Grand Prix Freestyle CDIU25, Tanisha Ryan riding Prequel won with a score of 69.875%. The Inter A/B Freestyle was won by Lexy Stansfield on BC Romanov on a score of 68.883%.
In the Young Horse lasses, Elliot Patterson riding Selected won the 4YO Young Horse Champion, Riley Alexander on Glenhill Vivid won the 5YO Young Horse Champion, the 6YO Young Horse Champion was Furstenglanz for Caitlin Scott, and the 7YO Young Horse Champion was Johannes Holtzhausen riding Franzisco RW. The Young Pony Champion was won by Alison Gill riding Glenhill Mr. Hollywood with a score of 71.0%.

In the Grand Prix Freestyle CDN, David McKinnon won riding Forlan on a score of 75.870%. Brett Parbery riding Iresias L won the CDI1* Inter I Freestyle with a score of 74.445%.
Special congratulations to Melissa Galloway on Windermere J’Obei W for wining the CDI3* Grand Prix Freestyle on Saturday night with a score of 76.330%. Fellow NZ combination Wendi Williamson was second riding Don Vito MH on 74.825%, while Charlotte Phillips was third with CP Dresden on 72.83%.
