Australia has named its Nations Cup eventing team for Boekelo, with four combinations set to compete in The Netherlands this October. The CCIO4*-L offers valuable international exposure as preparations continue toward major championships.
The stage is set for the 37th edition of the Agria FEI Eventing European Championship 2025, unfolding this week against the magnificent and historic backdrop of Blenheim Palace, Great Britain. A total of 55 athletes from 17 nations presented their horses to the Ground Jury during today’s first horse inspection. All combinations passed, setting the scene for two days of Dressage that will begin today and continue into Friday.
The stars aligned in Germany’s horse capital as Gerit Nieberg and the 10-year-old Ping Pong van de Lentamel delivered a dream result – a home victory in the Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix of Riesenbeck. In front of an electric crowd, Nieberg rose to the occasion to secure his first ever LGCT Grand Prix win, the emotion of the moment written across his face as the German national anthem rang out through the packed stadium.
