By Equestrian Life

US-based Australian showjumper Rowan Willis has continued his success in the competition arena post-coronavirus shutdown, winning the CSI3* Speed Class with Ekita Eindenken Z at Tryon International Equestrian Centre.

“I have enjoyed riding this lovely mare from Oakland Stables at Tryon International Equestrian Center and today she won the CSI 3* Speed Class,” says Rowan via social media over the weekend.

The pair competed in four classes, and finished fourth of 54 competitors in a 1.45m Ag Clock & Jump Off class with a great clear round. Rowan also competed Diablo VII and his 2018 WEG horse Blue Movie. Blue Movie had two rails down in the CSI3* 1.50m Grand Prix for 23rd place.
