Statene Park plans for December CDN
By Equestrian Life
Statene Park on Victoria’s Bellarine Peninsula is preparing to host a CDN event on 1 December.
The Drysdale FEI Competition is conducted by Dressage Geelong and will offer three classes: Prix St Georges, 16-25 Grand Prix, and Grand Prix (entries now closed). The small competition will be COVID-19 compliant and no spectators can attend.
Statene Park is the home of five-time Olympian Mary Hanna, and Mary is planning to compete.
“Syriana and I are getting ready for our CDN here, on December 1st. I have had some great lessons from my trainer Patrik Kittel in the last few days, so looking forward to our first competition since Covid,” said Mary via Facebook.
It is not the only event on the Statene Park calendar – a CDI is planned for next year. The Drysdale CDI3*, planned for 8-10 April, 2021 will be a boutique competition run under COVID compliant conditions (subject to Government regulations) for CDI competitors, with more information to come.
We look forward to following all the action from The Drysdale FEI Competition in a week’s time!
