Following the cancellation of the 2025 event, riders and spectators alike are eager to see Wandin Park buzzing again, with a strong field entered across the international classes.

For those unable to attend in person, every moment of Sunday’s cross country action will also be available to watch live and on-demand via ClipMyHorse.TV Australia.

CCI4*S

The CCI4*S has attracted 11 strong competitors, marking it as a class to watch. Sam Jeffree has two rides in the class – Wimborne Conjuror and Santoro – and after a standout performance at Tonimbuk International Horse Trials, where he won the CCI4*S with Santoro and finished second with Wimborne Conjuror, he will be feeling confident coming into the event.
Sophia Hill and Tulara Baltango will also be among the contenders. The combination enjoyed a major success last year when they won the CCI4*L at the Melbourne International Three Day Event. Following Wandin, it will be straight back to the USA for Hill as she prepares for The Event at TerraNova CCI4*S (26-29 March) with Humble Glory.
Also lining up are two five-star mares: WEC in the Breeze for David Middleton, who finished just three points behind Jeffree at Tonimbuk, and Graftango for Sam Cesnik, ensuring competition at the top level will be tight.
In addition, 2025 FEI Asian Championship team silver medallist Shashank Kataria will step Icaro LB up to CCI4*S level after finishing second in the CCI3*S.

CCI3*S

The CCIS3* has attracted 31 combinations, promising a competitive class. Tasmanian Georgia Elias heads to Wandin in strong form after a successful Tonimbuk campaign, where she won the CCI3*S with Silverwoods Aussie Pride and the CCI2*S with Incline Park Remembrance

Several other Tonimbuk placegetters will also line up, including Yona Lloyd and Mischief Managed To Day, Megan Jones and Cadello MPH, and Bronte Bravo with off-the-track Thoroughbred Carisbrooke Showtime, making the class one to watch.

The CCI3*S features an all-star field of off-the-track Thoroughbreds, with a further ten set to start alongside Carisbrooke Showtime. Among them are 2025 Albury CCI2*S winner Barracuda (Sophie Pratley), 2026 Tooradin CCN2.5* Best Performed Off The Track winner Impulsive Ways (Molly Barry), 2025 Ballarat CCI3*S winner Giovanni Georgio (Sam Cesnik), and of course the 2024 Wandin CCI4*S winner Tadpole (Molly Lines).

CCI2*S

With 35 riders, the CCI2*S is set to be another action-packed competition. Christopher Height and Royale Remmington, along with Megan Jones and Grandview Halo, will be feeling confident after their second and third places respectively behind Georgia Elias and Incline Park Remembrance at Tonimbuk

However, with riders such as Yona Lloyd, Samantha Cesnik and Will Enzinger also entered, the class is wide open.

For those unable to attend in person, every moment of Sunday’s cross country action will be available to watch live and on-demand via ClipMyHorse.TV.
